All didgeridoos and merchandise sold are subject to availability. As many products are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, slight variations in appearance may occur. We make every effort to display product details accurately, but colours and dimensions may differ slightly depending on your device and screen settings.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and other methods offered at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
3. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and internationally where possible. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct — we are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a repair, replacement, or refund in the case of:
- A product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- A product that doesn’t perform as advertised or expected under normal use.
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, especially on handcrafted or custom items. However, exchanges may be offered at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
